Over the years, he has captained a wide range of yachts of various sizes and prestigious brands, including Riva, Princess, and Versilcraft, showcasing his adaptability and extensive technical know-how.
With countless nautical miles logged across the Mediterranean—from the Italian coast to the Greek islands, and the gems of the French Riviera—Nicolas has honed his skills in navigation, crew management, and guest hospitality.
For the past 10 years, he has worked as a charter captain, giving him a clear understanding of guest expectations and refined expertise in delivering high-end service. His approach is both professional and personable, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience aboard.
Nicolas’s maritime foundation is solid, having trained as a cadet aboard the rescue vessels Bourbon-Ailette and Astyanax. This background in demanding maritime conditions has forged his calm demeanor, responsiveness, and disciplined leadership.
Beyond his professional life, Nicolas is an avid skier, golfer, and wakeboarder. His love for watersports makes him an exceptional instructor on board, always ready to guide or accompany guests in a safe, enjoyable setting.

Johanna Fabre, 33, starts her 5th season on YAKOS.
She is French , specializing in fine cuisine and luxury hospitality at sea. With a rich international background, she has honed her skills in prestigious hotels in France and Brazil, as well as aboard cruise ships and private yachts around the world.
A true sea lover and skilled sailor, Johanna has crossed the Atlantic three times and sailed extensively in the Caribbean and Thailand. Her deep experience of life on board makes her an exceptional stewardess, highly attentive to every detail and fully dedicated to guest satisfaction.
In the kitchen, Johanna favors local and fresh ingredients to create simple, flavorful dishes that are beautifully presented. Whether it’s a sunny breakfast, an elegant dinner, or a cocktail hour at sea, she delights her guests with warm hospitality and refined cuisine.
Having lived for several years in Rio de Janeiro, Johanna has developed a strong sense of hospitality. Her natural ease and professionalism create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere on board. She is also a skilled mixologist, known for her excellent cocktails that bring a festive, personal touch to every gathering.
Fluent in French, Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Johanna effortlessly connects with international clients and adapts to diverse onboard environments.
